Job Title: Paraplanner

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

Role Summary:
This role will focus on delivering high-quality financial planning support to advisers, particularly across complex client cases involving estate planning and trusts. You will play a key role in ensuring suitability, accuracy, and technical integrity across client recommendations while contributing to ongoing client portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare suitability reports: Deliver clear, compliant, and high-quality documentation across financial planning areas
• Support complex cases: Work on IHT, trusts, and estate planning scenarios alongside advisers
• Conduct technical research: Provide insight to support robust client recommendations
• Review client portfolios: Ensure ongoing suitability and alignment with client objectives
• Maintain client records: Ensure accuracy and compliance across all documentation


Requirements:
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Chartered status or working towards (desirable)
• Strong experience with IHT and trusts
• Proven ability to write suitability reports
• Solid technical knowledge across financial planning
