Business Development Manager - Manchester City Centre
£35,000 basic + OTE up to £250,000 + guaranteed bonuses in first 3 months
Start Date: 11 May 2026


We are looking for the best Sales Closers in the Manchester area, who have a real strength in sitting demos/meetings and closing deals. We make your role as simple as possible for you, as you’ll have 2-3 lead generators who will book demos into your calendar daily for you.


This means you don’t need to cold call; you don’t even need to generate leads, your focus is on sitting qualified meetings to go through a full product demonstration, tailoring our products to client needs, with deal values touching 50K - 100K.


We are SaaS sales, so you’ll be discussing a software product that’s designed to help businesses manage HR, Health & Safety, and Payroll Solutions, being fully compliant whilst doing so.

Once you pass 6 months with us, we will introduce into your schedule regular meetings to discuss the next step in your career. Coming in at BDM level means your already very senior with us, so the next step for you would be Business Development Partner. This involves a basic salary increase to £45,000 with OTE skyrocketing to 300K.
We are very serious about giving you the chance to step into management, or partner positions. Our Head of Sales staff have all achieved very similar moves to get to where they are with us today.
All we ask of you is that your professional, hardworking, driven by targets, and will take control of your calendar and close the demos in your diary consistently.
