Job Description:
Public Facilities Security Operative needed in Clacton-on-Sea Paying £12.85 per hr ref 22438
Full time hours on a temporary basis
*
Key Responsibilities*Open and close public conveniences and car parks in line with set schedules
*Check all cubicles to ensure facilities are empty and safe before locking
*Carry out all required security checks when opening and closing sites
*Lock and unlock facilities, ensuring all keys are kept securely at all times
*Assist members of the public to use the facilities safely
*Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
*Maintain cleaning and security equipment in good working order
*Report any faults, defects, or incidents to the Cleaning Supervisor
*Work independently, allocating time effectively across multiple sites
*Drive company-owned vehicles as required
*Undertake any other duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor
The successful candidate will be shown the full route and trained by the Cleaning Supervisor.
Shift Pattern*Morning shift: 4:30am – 7:30am
*Evening shift: 8:00pm – 11:00pm
Working rota:
*3 days on / 3 days off
*2 days on / 2 days off
*2 days on / 2 days off
Requirements*Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
*Ability to work independently and use initiative
*Full driving licence
*Good communication and customer service skills
