Job Description:
Locum Pharmacist Required – GP Surgery
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Slough
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Days: Monday - Friday
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join a busy GP surgery on a temporary basis.
Role Responsibilities:
*Medication reviews and patient consultations
*Supporting GPs with prescribing queries
*Managing repeat prescriptions
*Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines
Key Requirements:
*Registered GPHC Pharmacist with relevant qualifications
*Previous experience working within a GP surgery or primary care setting
*Proficient in using EMIS Health clinical system
*Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused approach
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
