Area Sales Manager – RoofingLocation: West London (Territory: UB / HA / KT / TW / SL)
Salary: £40,000 – £80,000 basic (DOE) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (Six-Figure OTE)
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time

The OpportunityDue to continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a key West London territory.

Key Responsibilities*Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across your territory
*Target commercial and industrial clients (e.g. hospitals, schools, government buildings)
*Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, and end users
*Grow and develop existing accounts, increasing spend and retention
*Deliver against sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
*Manage your territory strategically to build a robust pipeline
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience in field/area/specification sales within flat roofing
*Strong technical and commercial understanding of roofing systems
*A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
*A true hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
*Experience managing and developing a geographical sales territory
*Confident in cold calling and pipeline generation
*Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills
*Ambitious, money-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
