Vaccine Account Executive

Hours: Full-time/Hybrid

Inizio Engage is partnering with Sanofi Vaccines to recruit a Vaccine Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working in a role that combines customer service, sales, and account management within a leading global healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide exceptional customer support by handling inbound calls, vaccine orders, and promoting products where appropriate
*Respond to customer queries regarding product information, pricing, deliveries, and payment requests
*Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
*Proactively engage with customers to generate sales leads and drive product awareness
*Process and manage product orders in line with company SOPs
*Handle amendments, cancellations, and approvals for supply caps
*Coordinate with distribution providers to ensure smooth deliveries
*Accurately record all sales and customer interactions for reporting purpose
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in internal systems


What We’re Looking For
*Graduate in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
*ABPI qualification (preferred, or must be obtained within one year)
*Strong IT skills and ability to work with multiple systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets
*A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
