JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Coordinator
LOCATION: Swindon
SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent
THE INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY:
As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting internal sales operations and driving customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
*Managing quotations, order processing and contract documentation with speed and accuracy
*Maintaining customer records, pricing and activity through CRM and ERP systems
*Proactively communicating with customers to support sales growth and service excellence
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
*Experience in sales administration, inside sales or customer service
*Strong numerical ability with confidence handling pricing, margins and data
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident user of CRM, ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*Ability to influence internal stakeholders without direct authority
