Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
Location: Greater Manchester- Office Based

We’re partnering with a market-leading energy management organisation to find a talented Key Account Manager to join their high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative energy solutions.


The Opportunity

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to a portfolio of established clients, developing long-term relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services and maximise value.

You’ll also support the onboarding and growth of new accounts, ensuring every client receives a best-in-class experience.

Working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll be at the heart of a collaborative and ambitious business.


Key Responsibilities
*Own and nurture relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
*Build and develop long-term partnerships with new accounts
*Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling services
*Manage client projects from meter installations to energy assessments ensuring timely delivery
*Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, and senior leadership
*Engage with external stakeholders, providing market insights, guidance, and forecasting
*Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

About You
*Proven experience in Account Management (ideally within the energy/utilities sector)
*Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
*Excellent communication skills confident, articulate, and persuasive
*A consultative approach with the ability to understand and solve client needs
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Proactive and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced environment
*Good numeracy skills with experience using Excel and CRM/business systems
