The role
Without the waffle this is what you’ll walk into - you’ll become the calm centre of the storm - the one who steers client relationships, shapes strategy, drives growth and holds the big, bright picture while keeping the detail tight. You’ll take brands from first spark to fully realised campaigns, working across research, strategy, creative, content, digital, delivery and everything in between.
You’re the person clients trust, teams gravitate towards, and projects orbit around. You’ll run key accounts, mentor rising talent, elevate thinking, solve the occasional crisis with superhero-like calm, and help push Upp toward its mission to be the UK’s most creatively impactful B2B agency.
You won’t just lead accounts, you’ll be given the space to ignite & excite them, helping brands unlock the commercial and emotional power they didn’t know they had.
