Job Description:
Our client, a successful multi-branch independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to join their office in Canterbury.
Offering a standout package, our client is looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running and continue to increase market share in the business.

*5 day working pattern including some Saturdays
*OTE £45,000 (realistic)

Key Lettings Manager responsibilities include:
*Leading the Branch, managing profits and pushing the business forward.
*Mentor and advise your team, working as a collective to achieve goals and targets.
*Provide expert customer service and advice to Landlords and tenants.
*Keep up to date with market trends and local knowledge
To be considered for the role of Lettings Manager, you must have the following requirements:
*Proven track record of building strong relationships.
*Proven experience in Lettings with a track record of winning new business
*Driven and self-motivated.
*Able to work well under pressure and help lead the team.
*Full driving licence.
