Start Your Teaching Journey – Make a Real DifferenceAre you a graduate ready to challenge yourself, build a meaningful career, and make a lasting impact?

About the ProgrammeThe Future Teachers Programme is a one-year, paid school-experience initiative designed for graduates considering teaching in England and Wales. You’ll work as a cover supervisor, gaining real classroom experience while receiving expert mentoring and high-quality CPD training—bridging the gap between university and Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and preparing you for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
You’ll be placed in SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) schools across Oxford, supporting students who need consistency, encouragement, and someone who believes in them.
This is a role where no two days are the same, and where your impact truly matters.

Why Join Us?*Real classroom experience from day one

*Resilient, empathetic individuals who thrive on challenge
