Absolute are currently recruiting a qualified Finance Manager to join an entrepreneurial SME. Managing a small team, this role will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance function and ensuring the preparation of timely and accurate management accounts. The successful candidate will have strong business partnering skills and be able to provide insightful management information / financial analysis to support the Directors.

Duties:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and MI
*Managing forecasting and annual budgets
*Financial Analysis
*VAT returns
*Payroll
*Cash flow management
*Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with auditors
*Business partner with key stakeholders within the business
*Improve/implement processes and financial controls
Skills:
*Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
*Strong communicator
*Self-starter and dynamic individual
*A team player with a hands-on approach
