Private Client Solicitor - Associate level.

We are working with a highly regarded law firm to recruit an Associate to join its Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-established Private Client team with a strong regional reputation and a busy pipeline of high-quality work. You will be technically strong, client-focused, and enthusiastic about contributing to business development activity, including networking and building relationships with key referrers. You will play an important role in both delivering excellent client service and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

The Role:
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals and families—often high-net-worth clients—on a range of complex matters, including estate planning and administration.

Responsibilities include:
*Estate administration from start to finish
*Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Tax and trust advice
*Probate and complex estate matters
*Delivering high-quality client service
About You:
*3+ years’ PQE in Private Client work
*Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estates
*Strong technical and communication skills
*Commercially aware and proactive
*Interested in networking and business development
