Job Description:
A great opportunity has arisen for a newly created Senior HR Business Partner for this successful SME.
Office Location - Birmingham - 3 Days in the office - 2 Days WFH
Up to £65k + Benefits
As Senior HR Business Partner you will work closely with Executive level stakeholders and provide advice, guidance and support across the full HR generalist remit. This includes the delivery of organisational design, supporting recruitment activities and processes, and engagement etc. One direct report.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, you will have ideally worked within an SME, and be able to demonstrate a breadth of HR generalist.
