Job Description:
FP&A Analyst required for a business in growth. This is a high-impact FP&A role working directly with the CFO to build planning, forecasting, and insight from the ground up.
What you’ll do
*Shape budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
*Turn data into clear insight for leadership and investors
*Challenge assumptions and improve financial visibility
*Support scenario modelling, business cases, and key decisions
What we’re looking for
*3-4 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar
*Strong modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
*Confident challenging numbers and influencing stakeholders
*Comfortable in fast-moving, change-driven environments
