Ideally you will be an experienced Asbestos Surveyor, holding the BOHS P402 or P403 cert
Key responsibilities of the Asbestos Consultant:
Carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and building inspection
Compliance with all relevant legislation
Develop, maintain and build client relationships
Visual inspection & 4 stage clearance procedures
Collection of factual and numerical data via tablet device BOHS P402 and/or BOHS P403/P404 (or equivalent).
One plus years pre-existing experience of work within the asbestos consultancy industry is essential, and any academic or vocational qualifications are highly desirable.
As a minimum, you must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and knowledge of current legislation
Minimum 1 year relevant field experience Working with handheld tables Hands on experience of using tools and technical equipment (including IT)
You must hold a full UK driving licence Company Vehicle / Mobile Phone provided Uniform 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Access to additional training for further qualifications
