This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected local brand with a strong market presence, excellent stock levels, and a supportive team environment.
As Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
*Registering and qualifying new applicants
*Conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Progressing lets through to completion
*Contributing to office targets and team success
What’s on offer:
*£20,000 Basic Salary
*Car Allowance
*£45,000 in year one
*Commission and bonus structure.
*1 in 4 Saturday working
*Strong earning potential with uncapped commission
About you:
*Target-driven and highly motivated
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Well-presented and professional
*Full UK driving licence and access to a car
