Key Responsibilities*Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles
*Manage service and repair bookings efficiently
*Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
*Upsell additional work and services where appropriate
*Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
*Handle invoicing, job cards, and customer queries
*Deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times
About You*Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Upselling experience and target-driven mindset
*Organised with good attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence preferred
