Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner
*Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver the site people plan
*Lead across the full employee lifecycle including ER, engagement, recruitment and L&D
*Drive initiatives across reward, recognition, EDI and wellbeing
*Support and develop a small team of HR Advisors
*Influence decision-making and challenge where needed to improve outcomes
*Build strong stakeholder relationships to support delivery of HR strategy
What we’re looking for in a HR Business Partner
*Previous experience operating in a Business Partner or Manager level HR role
*Experience within a fast-paced environment such as logistics, retail or manufacturing
*Strong Employee Relations knowledge across complex casework
*Experience supporting and developing team members
*Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change

Working hours: Monday to Friday, on-site
