Secretary - Bournemouth - Temp - £14.37 per hour (Immediate Start)
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Secretary to support their Leadership Team in Bournemouth, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a professional and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and taking ownership of varied administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage filing systems and trackers
Support events, tours, and newsletters
Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Leadership Team
Manage calendars and schedule updates
Key Skills:
Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
A current DBS certificate would be an advantage
Temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Friday: 8.00am - 3.30pm
