This is a rare opportunity to join a growing independent Lloyd’s Broker in a Senior Technician and Leadership role

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a team of 5 marine technicians (across varying levels), leading the technical function across Marine Hull, War, Cargo, and some Aviation risks.

You’ll be:
*The go-to technical authority for the marine team
*Working closely with brokers and senior stakeholders
*Driving standards, process improvements, and quality
*Having real input into how the technical function evolves as the business grows
