Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor
Taunton | Hybrid working (1 office day per week)
Growing Regional Firm | Salary up to £65k

What you’ll be doing:
*Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
*Handling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
*Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions
*Delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
*Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team when required
About you:
*Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
*A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
