Primary Teacher - Year 4
*Location: Rugby, CV22
*Salary: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
*Start Date: September 2026
*Contract Type: Permanent
*Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
*Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are working in partnership with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire, seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school with a strong emphasis on inclusion, development, and high-quality teaching.
Main Responsibilities:*Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 pupils
*Assess progress and maintain accurate records
*Build a positive learning environment with clear expectations
*Work closely with a classroom teaching assistant
*Communicate regularly with families and lead parent meetings
*Adapt planning to support diverse and SEN needs
What the School is Looking For:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Confident KS2 teacher, ideally with Year 4 experience
*Strong classroom management and a calm, consistent approach
*Passion for inclusive and high-quality teaching
