Salary: £30,000 - £38,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined RIBA chartered practice who offer exceptional design services to the residential, sports, leisure, and hospitality sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in their Liverpool studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
*Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
*Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
*Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
*Relevant degree within architectural technology
*Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit
*Experience working on projects across various sectors or sector specialist experience
*Working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
