Job Description:
We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly professional organisation who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a small group of senior Directors.
This is a full-time, on-site role and would suit someone who enjoys being closely involved in the day-to-day operation of a leadership team. On-site car parking is provided.
The position is a senior support role for someone who is highly organised, discreet, and confident working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling senior leaders to operate effectively by managing priorities, coordinating activity, and providing high-quality administrative support.
Key responsibilities will include:*Providing high level executive support to a small number of Directors
*Managing complex diaries, meetings, and senior level engagements
*Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising communications and requests
*Preparing briefing packs, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
*Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions
*Liaising with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
*Maintaining document management systems and accurate records
*Supporting governance, compliance, and project activity as required
*Processing travel, expenses, and general administration
*Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
*Providing occasional reception, visitor management, or wider administrative support during busy periods
We are looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
*Confidence working autonomously while managing competing priorities
*Strong Microsoft Office capability and comfort using digital systems
*A high level of discretion and professionalism at all times
Desirable experience:*Experience working in a highly regulated or complex organisational environment
*Exposure to supporting executive/board level teams
*Familiarity with formal meeting structures and governance processes
