Location: Reading
Start Date: 01/06/2026
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
A highly regarded nursery in Reading, proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is looking to welcome a committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to their warm and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner eager to grow professionally within a nurturing and high-standard early years environment.
In this role, the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will play a key part in creating a safe, stimulating, and caring setting where children are encouraged to learn, develop, and flourish.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
*Promote children’s learning, development, and overall wellbeing
*Develop strong partnerships with parents, carers, and team members
*Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment is maintained
Requirements
*NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
*Solid understanding of the EYFS framework
*A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
*Excellent communication skills essential for any Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
