Job Description:
Learner Attraction Partnership Manager
£27,693 – £32,173 | South Yorkshire | Hybrid Working
The WEA is the UK’s largest voluntary-sector adult education provider, bringing high-quality learning right into local communities. Our mission is simple: education within reach for everyone.
We’re looking for a dynamic Learner Attraction Partnership Manager to help us grow and strengthen our network of local referral partners. You’ll spot new opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and champion what the WEA has to offer.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for partners across South Yorkshire—engaging, informing, and inspiring them about our provision. You’ll coordinate on-site enrolment events, identify new avenues for collaboration, and support the delivery of key funded programmes such as ESF and Connect to Work.
A full role profile is attached, outlining responsibilities, performance measures and required experience. If you’re passionate about widening access to education, we’d love to hear from you.
At the WEA, we’re committed to creating a workplace that reflects the communities we serve. We actively welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
We may close this vacancy early if we receive high interest—so don’t wait to apply.
We’re proud to have achieved GOOD overall in our recent Ofsted inspection, with OUTSTANDING ratings for Behaviour & Attitudes and Personal Development.
