Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy office environment. This pivotal role combines administrative excellence with exceptional customer service, ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and team members alike. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our client’s administrative functions, supporting various departments and maintaining an organised, productive workspace.
To join a Small Office Team (8). You will "Lead by Example", with a "Hands On" approach, in this pivotal role within the company. To oversee the running of a busy, friendly, professional and customer focused office.
Your Duties will include:
*Office & Staff Management - you will be the "Go To" Person
*Customer Service & Communication - support the team with any escalated Customer Issues
*Oversee the preparation and dispatch of Customer Quotations and Contracts
*To Oversee and ensure everyone is working to Company & Industry Standards such as ISO and Industry
*Conduct Internal Audits
*Review and Update Company Policies & Procedures as required
*Support Finance by ensuring everything is correct and complete as required
*Assist with Recruitment & Training
*Carry out On-Boarding Process
*Inductions & Training, ensuring all Certifications are Current and Up to Date
*Create & Maintain Legally Compliant Personnel Files
Skills & Experience
*Working in an open office, it is essential you have an Engaging Personality and Flexible attitude
*To Lead by Example to ensure you get the best out of the Team through having a Hands On" approach, ensuring Encouragement & Development
*Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator
*Strong Communication Skills, both Written & Verbal
*Excellent Organisational & Time Management ability with a Pro Active approach
*Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues with Customers and Staff
*I.T Literate with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
