Partnership Manager / Field Sales Rep - Term Time Only

Education Sector
*Annual Salary: £29,500 (£35,000 full-time equivalent) + Bonuses + Company Car
*Location: Field-based, covering Southeast UK
*Travel: required 3 days a week on average traveling within the territory, with the possibility of occasional overnight stays
*Job Type: Permanent, Term time only
Join my client’s UK Primary sales team in the Education Division as a Partnership Manager. This exciting role is pivotal in driving budgeted sales growth through effective acquisition activity and business development, focusing on Multi Academy Trusts and school networks within a defined field territory.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the education sector, especially across schools, MATs, and local authorities.
*Implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
*Act as the main customer contact and facilitate smooth onboarding by introducing Customer Success teams.
*Execute regional sales strategies in line with company objectives and seek innovative ways to expand and engage the customer base.
*Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline data through CRM systems.
*Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and ensure seamless service delivery.
*This role requires an average of 3 days per week traveling within the territory, with potential occasional overnight stays.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the education sector. Experience with MATs and local authorities is highly desirable.
*Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
In a nutshell.....this role would suit a confident sales professional who is self-sufficient, passionate and has a consultative, needs-based sales approach. You will be highly sales driven with confident presentation skills both over MS Teams and face-to-face.
