Job Description:
Our Client, a leading Wealth Management Company is seeking an Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with the utmost confidentiality. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operations, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role:
*Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, board sessions, and investor briefings
*Coordinate global travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics with attention to detail and efficiency
*Organise regional office roadshows
*Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings and speaking engagements
*Prepare agendas, meetings packs, attend meetings and record minutes and track action points
*Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion and professionalism
*Inbox management
*Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, board members, regulators, and senior executives
*Build strong relationships across the organisation and with key external partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
*Support the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress updates
*Manage expenses, invoices, and approvals in line with company policies
*Assist in organising leadership offsites, board meetings, and key events
*Act as a thought partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
About you:
*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives, ideally within financial services or wealth management
*Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
*Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in drafting professional correspondence and presentations
*High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
*Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with senior stakeholders
