Job Title: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A highly successful local independent Estate & Lettings Agency in picturesque East Horsley are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their highly effective local team. Previous experience in Lettings is essential.
The role will involve booking and conducting viewings, generating business by calling new and existing clients, canvassing and negotiating successful property lets.
You will be the kind of person who enjoys working in a busy environment and be a real team player.
You will have exceptional customer service skills, have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and have natural negotiation skills.
The perfect candidate will already be working in a similar role but have a desire to join a local market leading company where they can earn well and develop their career in a fast moving busy lettings environment.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
*Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
*Managing offers, deal progression, and move-ins
*Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
*Generating new business through proactive applicant and landlord contact
*Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
*Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a residential Lettings Negotiator
*Senior-level capability with a proven track record
*Instruction winning / listing skills would be beneficial
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong telephone manner with a positive approach
*Target-driven, organised, and proactive
*Professional and well presented
*Knowledge of the East Horsley area advantageous
*Full UK driving licence essential
