Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 basic + bonus (OTE circa £45,000)

*Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30
*1 in 4 Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established automotive dealership in Ipswich.

The Role
Reporting into senior management, you will take full responsibility for the service department, leading a team of 10 staff and ensuring operational, commercial and customer service excellence.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing, motivating and developing the service and workshop teams
*Delivering exceptional customer experience
*Monitoring and driving departmental KPIs, productivity and profitability
*Maintaining strong manufacturer relationships and compliance standards
*Driving customer retention while actively attracting new business
*Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team environment
*Demonstrating ambition to be a top-performing dealership within the network
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
*An experienced Automotive Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ management experience
*A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
*Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail
*Customer-focused and results-driven
*Holder of a full UK driving licence
