As Finance Business Partner – Transformation, you will play a key role in embedding robust financial governance, insight and performance disciplines across a complex portfolio of change initiatives.
This is not a traditional finance reporting role. We are looking for someone who wants to help shape how we work, drive better decision-making and ensure transformation activity delivers real, measurable value for the business.
You will work closely with programme leads, senior non-finance stakeholders and finance colleagues to provide challenge, insight and support across costs, benefits and delivery plans.
