Apna House is a 25 bedded residential home , providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behavior.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team! Your role will be crucial in helping our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
What you’ll be Doing
* Provide overnight care and support to Service Users
*Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs
*Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
*Feeding residents and assisting to bathroom overnight
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
*Collaborate with the night & day team to deliver continuity of care
What You’ll Need
*Great communication and teamwork skills.
*A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
*Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
*Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
*Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
*Valid UK driving license is not essential but desirable
