Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on interim senior financial accountant to step into a critical role supporting balance sheet control and reconciliation.
This is a delivery-focused role — ideal for someone who can quickly take ownership, bring structure, and drive improvements across key balance sheet areas.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading balance sheet reconciliation and clean-up activity across:
*AR, AP and Cash
*VAT, liabilities and other key accounts
*Driving control and accuracy across material balances
*Preparing balance sheet reviews and improving reporting quality
*Reviewing and enhancing the quality of reconciliations
*Partnering with stakeholders to run and deliver reconciliation projects
*Embedding robust, scalable processes and controls
What we’re looking for:
*Strong track record in balance sheet control / recs / clean-up projects
*Solid Oracle ERP experience — understanding subledgers GL is key
*Hands-on, detail-driven, and able to deliver at pace
*Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
*Comfortable working across teams to drive outcomes to completion
*Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
