Business Development Manager – Mortgages
Location: Midlands / Field-Based
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance (depending on experience) + monthly bonus (OTE well into 6 figures)


About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager – Mortgages to join our growing team.
This role would suit either:
*An experienced mortgage professional, or
*An experienced Business Development Manager in a similar industry, or
*Someone with a strong sales background looking to transition into the mortgage sector
Full training will be provided for the right person, but success in this role will come from your ability to build relationships, generate new business, and take a proactive approach.

To be successful, you should have:
*A solid sales background with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
*Confidence in building and developing client relationships

Previous mortgage experience is beneficial, but not essential if you have a solid sales background and the right attitude.
