Skyline Property Surveyor needed in Manchester Paying £400 per day ref 000A F293 / 1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities*Undertake skyline and external inspections of buildings, including roofs, façades, balconies, cladding, and elevations
*Identify defects, maintenance issues, and health & safety risks
*Collect accurate survey data, notes, and photographic evidence using digital systems
*Produce clear reports with recommendations and prioritised remedial works
*Support planned maintenance, capital works, and compliance programmes
*Work independently across multiple sites, managing workload effectively
*Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
*Ensure all work complies with health & safety and lone-working procedures
