Commercial Finance Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (office-based, 5 days)
The Opportunity
A growing eCommerce business in Nottingham is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support commercial decision-making. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across the business, ideal for someone keen to influence performance and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead financial reporting, including month-end, year-end, and statutory compliance
*Provide analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
*Implement and improve financial controls and processes
*Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor business performance
*Support and guide junior team members
About You
*ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Strong technical and analytical finance skills
*Experience within an SME or commercial environment
*Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
*Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
*Able to work independently and take ownership
