Job Description:

The Role
Tier 1 and Tier 2 ServiceNow platform support, incident triage, diagnosis and resolution across ITSM and CSM workflows. You’ll be the person NHS staff rely on when things go wrong — calm, sharp, and solution-focused.
You
*2 to 3 years of service desk or ITSM support experience
*Hands-on ServiceNow exposure — even partial is fine if your fundamentals are strong
*Solid grasp of incident, problem and change management
*A communicator who can translate technical issues for non-technical people
*Eligible for SC clearance — you’ll need to have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years
