Our client, a removals company is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their international division.
Your main task will be to
*Plan and prioritise daily sales activities
*Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally from private, corporate, and trade
*Promote and sell international relocation services effectively
*Prepare accurate quotations and submit comprehensive proposals
*Follow up on all sales proposals in a timely manner
*Collaborate with senior management to expand international business
*Achieve sales targets as determined by senior management
*Assist clerical staff when necessary to support seamless service delivery
*Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverage
*Communicate all client-specific requirements to operational teams
*Provide holiday cover when required
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of European and overseas relocation processes
*Any other duties as may be requested by Management.
Experience
*Previous Sales within a similar role & industry
*Customer Service
*Proprosal drafting
*Computer literate; CRM systems, Microsoft programs, Data entry
