An excellent opportunity has arisen to join my Edinburgh based client who are currently looking for an Accountant and Senior Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a great role for a full or part qualified professional with experience of working in the third sector and offers strong opportunities for progression and a great working environment.
In this role you will be responsible for:
*Preparing accounts for a portfolio of clients
*Advising clients on financial and regulatory best practice
*Assisting clients with general financial housekeeping and VAT
*Working across a portfolio of clients and supporting other team members when needed
*Offering guidance and training to more junior members of staff
Relevant experience for this role includes;
*Minimum part qualified ACCA or ICAS
*Experience of accounting in the third sector (not for profit)
*Experience of preparing accounts for a variety of clients
*Strong client facing skills and professionalism
