I’m working with a well-established Legal 500 firm who have built a strong name in Private Client work, particularly around supporting individuals and families through some of the more sensitive and important stages of life.
Due to a significant increase in work, they’re now looking to bring in an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the team.


The role
This is a broad Private Client position with a real focus on delivering clear, practical advice to clients who are often dealing with life-changing circumstances.
You’ll be advising on:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Care planning


There is a substantial caseload ready to go, so this would suit someone who is comfortable picking things up quickly and managing their own files.


What they’re looking for
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent
• Around 3 years PQE+
• Solid experience across Private Client matters
• Someone confident running their own caseload
• A personable and empathetic approach with clients


This is a team that genuinely values the client experience. You’ll be working closely with individuals and families, helping them plan ahead and navigate difficult situations, rather than just processing files.
