Job Description:
Job Title: Customer Advisor Administrator
Location: NG4, Nottingham
Pay: £13-14ph
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Advisor Administrator to join our team in Nottingham. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting both customers and suppliers. You will work closely with internal teams, including Transport, to ensure high service standards and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies
*Handle customer complaints by identifying issues, determining root causes, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up resolution
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM system in a professional and timely manner
*Make proactive outbound calls to both customers and suppliers
*Support customers and suppliers in using the platform, including providing training where required
*Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
*Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
*Accurately log all customer interactions and complaints in the CRM system
*Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
*Carry out general office administration duties, including welcoming visitors and supporting other departments
*Manage hazardous waste inquiries, including liaising with third-party suppliers, arranging testing, and issuing quotes
*Maintain regular communication with key customers to ensure their needs are met
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
*Proven experience in a customer service environment
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
*Familiarity with CRM systems, order processing, and finance systems
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
