Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a successful business in the Falmouth area. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Finance Director in a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role. You’ll play a key part in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and business planning, with scope to influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a small finance team
*Manage cash flow, banking, and invoice financing
*Oversee credit control and purchase ledger
*Process monthly payroll
*Assist with management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
*KPI Monitoring and reporting
*Maintain financial controls and support year-end audit
*Drive process improvements and cross-team collaboration
About You
*Formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or MAAT qualified / QBE with demonstrable experience
*Strong all-round finance experience (management accounts, cash, controls)
*Excellent Excel skills
*Commercially aware with a proactive, team-focused approach
