*Drive daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs through clear action planning
*Manage the overall performance of the counter through structured business plans
*Deliver elevated make-up and skincare consultations

What We’re Looking For*Proven experience as a Business Manager, or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
