Housing Management Solicitor – Preston

A fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded regional law firm who is seeking a Housing Solicitor to join its leading Housing and Regeneration team. Specifically, my client is looking for a Junior Solicitor who is keen to build their expertise within social housing litigation and housing management work.

About the Role
You will join a collaborative and established team, representing social housing provider clients. You will be handling a caseload of housing disputes and litigation matters as well as providing advice on housing management matters ensuring compliance with legislation is maintained through transactions, disputes and proceedings.
The role offers strong supervision, exposure to complex work and genuine opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment.
What We Are Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with relevant practice rights
*Experience or demonstrable knowledge in social housing litigation including ASB
*A collaborative approach and eager to be involved in business development
