An independent financial advice firm is seeking to expand its team and is looking for an Entry-Level Mortgage Adviser to support a growing client base.
The business provides clear, professional mortgage and financial advice tailored to individual client circumstances, with a strong focus on long-term client relationships, high standards of advice, and a transparent approach.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a whole-of-market mortgage advisory environment.
The Role
You will support experienced advisers while developing the skills and knowledge required to become a fully competent Mortgage Adviser, including:
*Assisting with the mortgage advice process from initial enquiry through to completion
*Supporting with fact-finding, research, and preparation of recommendations
*Learning to provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Assisting with residential, buy-to-let, and remortgage cases
*Maintaining accurate client records in line with regulatory requirements
*Building relationships with clients and introducers
*Managing your development towards becoming a fully qualified adviser
What We’re Looking For
*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified, or actively working towards completion
*Experience within a financial services environment is advantageous
*Strong interest in developing a career as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
*Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
*Organised and proactive approach with strong attention to detail
*Professional, client-focused manner with clear communication skills
