FP&A Lead
London (Hybrid) | Full-time | 3 days in office
Overview
We’re working with a high-growth fintech/payments business scaling rapidly across global markets, focused on improving access to financial infrastructure in emerging economies. Backed by top-tier investors, the business offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
The Role
An FP&A Lead position owning and scaling the commercial finance function. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and data - driving planning, performance, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
*Build financial models and track KPIs/unit economics
*Partner with commercial and product teams to support decisions
*Support board and investor reporting
*Use SQL to extract and analyse data
*Build and improve dashboards and data models
Requirements
*Circa 6+ years experience (Big 4, consulting, IB, or similar)
*Experience in a high-growth tech environment (fintech preferred)
*Strong FP&A and financial modelling skills
*Hands-on SQL experience
*Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
