About the Job
This interim opportunity is centred on driving transformation across a complex, multi-country payroll function. You will focus on improving processes, enhancing systems, and delivering a more efficient, streamlined payroll operation. Working closely with HR, payroll, and external providers, you will play a pivotal role in modernising the current set-up.
Duties will include:
* Reviewing/assessing existing global payroll processes to identify inefficiencies and risks
* Leading transformation initiatives to simplify and standardise payroll procedures
* Driving improvements across HRIS, with a focus on optimising SuccessFactors usage or potential to look at a new HRIS
* Reducing reliance on manual processes and spreadsheet-heavy workflows
* Streamlining interactions with multiple international payroll providers
* Implementing best-practice controls, governance, and documentation
* Supporting automation and system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency
* Partnering with key stakeholders across HR and finance to align processes
* Ensuring scalable and sustainable payroll operations to support future growth
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a payroll transformation specialist with strong HRIS expertise. You bring a proven track record of improving global payroll processes within complex organisations, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement skills. A hands-on, analytical mindset and the ability to deliver change in fast-paced environments are essential.
