Property finance group based in West Kent are now looking to bring on board a highly driven, ambitious Portfolio Analyst with a strong background in property or banking. First rate numerical and advanced Excel skills, to join a small, highly successful team. The ideal person will be performing in depth analysis, manage active loans and ensure activities align with risk management. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:-
* Assisting in drafting credit approval and recommend loan terms
* Perform analysis on sales data to verify project assumptions
* Assess risks on borrowers, financial modelling and analysis
* Progress loans from HOT to completion
* Negotiate drawdowns, develop and maintain a loan tracker
* Monitor accrued interest, fees and leverage ratios
* Manage risk matrix of live loans
* Generate KPI’s and annual P&L forecasts
The ideal candidate will have:-
* Strong Excel skills with financial modelling and analysis
* First rate numeracy skills with an understanding of profit and loss, accrued interest and leveraging risk
* Ambitious and driven to develop the role further
* First rate inter personal skills
